How do I reserve your services?

Once a proposal is created for you you can reserve your date and any rentals with a reservation fee of 15% of the balance will reserve your date for orders $7999.99 and under. It is 25% of the balance for orders $8000 and up. The best way to contact us is by phone or e-mail.  We accept Cash, Check, and all credit cards through the proposal with a 3% credit card service fee.

 Is your Deposit refundable?

The Reservation Fee is non-refundable for solely holding a date.

 How can I see more of your work?

We have an extensive portfolio on our web-site.  You may also contact us and schedule a time for a zoom call.

 How many weddings do you do?

Most of the time we can only do one per time slot available.  We can only do a limited number of events on any weekend.  Therefore it is very important to reserve us early for best availability.

 Do you have a price list?

Yes, we do have an ala carte pricing schedule in our information package. You can request one through our contact page.

Do you have a minimum?

Yes, we have a $4000 minimum and travel all over Northern California. Travel fees Apply. San Francisco City we have a $5900 minimum due to logistics.

 Can I have a friend or family member make other arrangements?

We have an exclusivity clause in our contract that we will act as the sole and exclusive florist for your event. This protects our social media integrity.

How much should I budget for flowers?

A national survey recommends budgeting 15-25% of your overall wedding budget to flowers and decorations for an average amount of flowers.  For example if you are spending $30,000 dollars on your wedding (the wedding, video, photography, music, cake, reception, invitations, etc.), then you would budget $4500-$7500 for your flowers.

 What happens if I need to make changes to my flower order?

Changes can be made anytime up to 21 days before your event, just call or email us.

 When should we finalize the flower order?

At 90 days before your event we will start asking for details like names of people receiving florals, color of dresses and linens and make another appointment to review anything you like.  We ask that all changes and balances paid 21 days prior the event.

 Do you design for events other than weddings?

Yes!  We love weddings but we also design for other events, such as holiday parties, baby and bridal showers, retirement send off, proposal and engagement parties, any kind of celebration.

 How long have you been in business?

We purchased The Flower House in October of 2005. It was started 1994.

 What shall I bring to the consultation?

You should have your venue booked and a color palette picked out. A Pinterest page for colors and style that you want to reflect your big day.   We will walk you through the entire selection and flower design process and help you with everything.  You do not need to know what you need or want.  We will help you with everything.  It is a very stress free and relaxing zoom appointment that will leave you feeling relieved and confident about your flowers for one of the most beautiful days of your life.
