We had a lot of fun working on this laid back, rustic wedding at The Purple Orchid Inn. Our bride envisioned everything loose and relaxed, but colorful - so that's what we set out to do! With the bridesmaid's navy dresses we knew yellow would such a fun color for an outdoor summer wedding. It really stood out against the dresses and gave the look a strong hit of color. Our gorgeous bride had a very loose bouquet full of white peonies, pale yellow stock, bright yellow flan, billy balls, yellow freesia, white astilbe, and white tiny daisies - relaxed in look, but fun with color!
We used the bride's colored mason jars for the reception and kept everything hand tied and loose for a cohesive look from the bridal party, to the ceremony and into the reception. Keeping the yellow with an accent of white with the colored jars was really a fun look for this outdoor space and we're so happy we were able to give our bride just what she envisioned!
Big thank you to Stephanie Secrest Photography for the photos!
