Lush Romantic Wedding

With a new take on the blush pink wedding trend this bride added bold wild berry, soft peach and shimmering gold to make her wedding unique and memorable. Her bouquet had soft romantic blooms with textures and various colors, adding interest and allure, including wine dahlias, peach Juliette garden roses, mint succulents, feathery pink astilbe, and gold eucalyptus seeds. The bridesmaids looked incredible in their rich wild berry toned dresses and carrying soft blush pink, peach and gold bouquets including garden roses, astilbe, tea roses, stock, roses, and gold seeded eucalyptus.

The entire event was held at the Palm Event Center in Pleasanton California, on a beautiful summer day. The outdoor ceremony was held under the wisteria pergola with glass hanging balls each with a floating blush pink garden roses, footed dish arrangements perched on top of wine barrels, and the aisle was decorated with mercury hanging jars filled with dripping amaranthus, wine dahlias and feathery agonis.

The indoor reception was stunning and elegant. The head table was adorned with long wood boxes overflowing with wine, blush and peach flowers. candle sticks were used a flower vessels spilling out across the table. The guest tables had soft blush linens from Napa Valley Linens with mercury footed dish arrangements of hydrangea, stock, roses, dahlias, agonis and tea roses. The dessert table looked absolutely delicious with a wedding cake by Bev Tanaka embellished with garden roses, tea roses, dahlias and succulents.

A Regal Palette at Bridges

We loved working on this wedding because even though our couple chose a very bold color a palette, they kept the overall tone simple and kept the bold purples from being too overpowering. With the bridesmaids deep purple dresses we made sure we brought in some lighter shades of purple to keep their bouquets from blending in. Our bride had mostly all white roses with purple callas peeping out to tie her look into her bridesmaids. We absolutely love how the whole bridal party look came together with the guys in dark charcoal suits with dark purple ties. The overall look was classy and bold!

We kept the ceremony simple and sweet with a light scattering of pedals down the sides of the aisle, but for the reception we brought the bold! Shades of purple filled varying round and square vase arrangements, but were kept from being too overpowering by grounding the colors with a cream linens and dark chairs. The gold chargers were a lovely touch and with champagne uplighting around the room the whole look was tied together perfectly.

If you're going with a bold palette try to find ways to ground it so it's not too overpowering in your space!

Big thank you to Jasmine Lee Photography for the pictures, and Aisle Perfect for featuring this wedding!
