On Saturday The Flower House took part in a beautiful wedding at Wente Vineyards.
The hills and the Wente golf course were the back drop to the wedding ceremony. Two wine barrels framed the site with the arch as the focal point. The altar spray brought together whites, blues and bright greens. The two barrel arrangements flank either side of the aisle and add a bright pop of color. The super green roses and blue bella donna are what stand out the most. Green orchids are added to the middle of the altar spray for even more of that bright green. Myrtle and green berries give height to the arrangements and yellow spray roses bring a new color as well. The blue, yellow, and green colors match the background beatuifully and the classic white chairs make it a beautiful traditional site.
The reception was held in the Wente wine caves. With the dramatic lighting and royal blue krinkle linens from Napa Valley Linens, the arrangements match perfectly. The table arrangements are a smaller version of the barrel arrangements with yellow spray roses, super green roses, snow balls and blue bella donna as the stand out flowers. White and yellow petals frame the arrangements and set apart the head table. The rest of the table is kept simple with white plates and napkins. This allows the arrangements to be the center of attention. The lighting from the chandeliers adds even more drama with the decorative lights on the sides provided by Amos Productions.
The bride's bouquet is also gorgeous. Love the bright green orchids in contrast to the white roses. Super green roses and green berries also make an appearance. White stephanotis with a beautiful rhinestone in the middle brings the whole bouquet together. The style is controlled and tight wothout being overdone. The berries give texture and the traditional aspect of roses is also brought in. The orchids are allowed to steal the show with their bright green color. Overall, a gorgeous bouquet!
