We think it's safe to say purple is here to stay - and we're not complaining! This wedding was all about different shades of purple, but they kept it sophisticated, fun and still romantic with subtle touches here and there. Sugar Rush Events never lets us down for a fun wedding at Cornerstone! Our bride wanted a bouquet that was controlled and symmetrical with a formal touch for her big day that still tied in with her bridesmaids. We kept it somewhat classic yet modern with white roses, white callas, and white mini cams with a symmetrical placement of lavender roses. What's great about this look is that it still keeps a lot of texture in the bouquet without veering from the clean and modern look our bride wanted.
We gave her bridesmaids in lilac a little more texture but still kept them controlled and clean with mostly lavenders and an accent of dark purple dusty miller. Using tulips, dahlias, stock, roses and lisi, the varying shades let the girls' dresses standout without being too contrasting. With the groomsmen in dark grey suits and lavender ties - they're fun fish tackle boutonnieres were a perfect compliment to the girls and the overall look really felt classic, fresh and fun. And how adorable is their flower girl? We loved her pretty pomander - they're a great alternative for flower girls who are a little order and don't want to throw petals!
Big thanks to Verite Photography for all the photos!
