One of our nearest and dearest employees got married this past July, and we couldn’t have been more honored to take part in his wedding. Patrick and Annie’s day was one of pure happiness and it shows in all of their pictures! Patrick worked with us for 7 years before he tied the knot with Annie July 20th, 2013 in Bakersfield. The ceremony took place at St. John’s before the celebration moved to the Bakersfield Country Club where shades of purple lit up the space.
Annie’s bouquet was controlled but had some different textures using lavender stock, purple hydrangea, light blue bella donna, avengaurd roses and purple lisi with a light frame of camilla. Opposite – Patrick’s boutonniere was a perfect compliment to Annie’s bouquet with a lavender rose taking center stage!
For their ceremony we decked out the altar using their centerpieces for the reception and created a gorgeous backdrop for their “I Do's” – this really enhanced the ambiance with the lighting in the church! The rounded but textured arrangements used similar flowers from the bride’s bouquet and some other seasonal types like dahlias.
When it was time to shift the celebration to the Bakersfield Country club, the centerpieces found their new home and came to life even more! The colors really popped and were a gorgeous compliment to the space. And just take a look at the cake - fresh flowers on every tier really provided a wow factor!
We could not be happier for you Patrick and Annie! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for letting us be a part of your magical day!n A special thank you to Misty Dameron Photography for capturing these amazing photographs!
