Hot, Hot, Hot Pink-

A wedding day is a big step in your life, it can be rather nerve wracking and sometimes stressful. We believe that working with established vendors and venues can make all the difference. We were so excited to work on this wedding at Ruby Hill with some great vendors such as Fantasy Sound and Chris Shepard Photography. With help from all of us and their close friends and family, Lisa and Eric had an amazingly beautiful and stunning wedding with lots of hot pink pizzaz!

Often times with bridal party flowers, the bride and groom will have larger and more exquisite  florals while the bridal party will don something similar but not as large. For example, Eric had a boutonniere with double mini pink cymbidium while his men had a single mini pink cymbidium.

Lisa and her ladies really played into the bright pink that surrounded the wedding that day, using hot pink peonies in all of the bouquets and alternating with the light pink and hot pink roses.

Lisa’s bouquet used the hot pink roses, while she opted to have the ladies with the light pink roses. This choice gave her bouquet a lot more va va voom, while giving the girls a little more of a lighter tone to play off of their hot pink dresses.

The spotlight of the ceremony was, as always, on the altar and the special couple. Two rounded arrangements full of flowers, which matched with the bride’s chosen flowers, sat on top of our Terra Cotta urn and pedestals. Ruby Hill Golf Course describes itself as having a Tuscan feel, and these urns blend right in with that feeling.

Pomanders were also aplenty at this wedding. With 6 pomanders made of hot pink spray roses and the flower girl showing off a light pink hydrangea pomander, the color was everywhere! After the ceremony, the pomanders were brought inside, placed on the head table with the bridal bouquets they continued to create a fun and bright feeling.

Inside the reception, Lisa and Eric chose to go with the tall centerpieces matched with the low ones to give texture and volume through out the ballroom. The tall centerpieces were adorned with hanging crystals, which brought in a touch of bling to Lisa’s big day. With soft romantic tones that are boasted throughout the Ruby Hill ballroom, the hot pinks really stood out and made a wonderful statement.

Congratulations Lisa and Eric, thank you for letting us be part of such a special day!
