Farm to Table Luxury

For our rustic  Farm to Table theme at The Palm “Romance in the Vineyard” show, we really went all out on this rustic trend we don’t think is going anywhere, anytime soon! As people are becoming more and more cautious of where their food is coming from, The Palm has whole-heartedly embraced this awareness by using the freshest, sustainable sourced ingredients and we wanted to showcase that with our table design. We definitely wanted to show a rustic style, but something that was still luxurious at the same time. The stage was set with a gorgeous wood table, bench and chairs from Milk Glass Vintage Rentals (we also acquired our cute chalkboard sign from them). They have a truly unique selection of pieces and by mixing the seating up we were able to keep it cozy but eye-catching…but what catches your eyes first? The high and low arrangements of citrus florals oozing drippy textures with chocolate candleabras? Thought so.

With the arrangements in a citrus color palette of oranges and greens with pops of white, the flowers played wonderfully off of the wooden furniture. We wanted to create some eye-catching movement down the table – so we accomplished that by alternating the heights of the arrangements, but also by bringing in the “farm” elements of lush fruit and vegetables scattered down the middle of the table and around the florals. Do you see those oranges amongst the flowers in the arrangements? Such a fun touch!

Bringing your eyes down to the table setting next is where you’ll really see all the fun little details we put into this design! On either side of the table we used tan and cream “tetris” linen from Napa Valley Linens, who always have a gorgeous selection to choose from – but these really caught our eye for a fun and modern twist on the rustic theme! We topped off with an awesome copper charger from Pleasanton Rentals, and amazing rustic menus and seed cards from Unveiled Bridal. We love the small touches of the green glasses and candles scattered about too!

What tops everything off for us? The wrought iron chandeliers! We found those stunning beauties at Fantasy Sound and could not be more thrilled with how they tie the whole look together.

Big shout out to Rhee Bevere Photography and Tyler Vu Photography for the photos!
