We ventured out of the normal territory to work at a small gem in Northern California named Annadel Estate Winery in Santa Rosa. A perfect setting for Sara and Ronnie's wedding last June.
Sara lived in London and New York so this was a true destination fro family and friends from all over the world. We started off her bouquet with beautiful soft romantic textures of white, ivory and blush pinks - we used peonies, sweet peas, ivory roses, hydrangeas, cafe au lait dahlias, garden roses and dusty miller. These textures filled a bouquet with the perfect combination of textured but controlled softness. The bridesmaids wearing different colors of Navy, blush and pewter created a perfect accessories to the bouquets.
An outdoor alfresco evening of wonderful food by A Girl in the Fig.
Two long tables with textured Matelasse White linens and Jardin wrought iron garden chairs from Hartmann Studios created the perfect backdrop for several styes of mercury glass vessels filled with lush spring flowers in white, ivory and blush pinks. We used the same blooms in the bouquets as well as some other seasonal types to create interest and textures down the table. Vintage keys were tucked into the napkins and used as place cards.
