Magical Romance at The Martinelli Event Center

Colorful weddings just fill us with joy! Although white and blush flowers are the standard for elegance, you can still make an unforgettable romantic affair while integrating some color into your design! This romantic wedding took place at Martinelli’s Event Center at Garre Winery located in Livermore, California. For the bride’s bouquet, we arranged a bohemian styled pairing of dark burgundy roses, garden roses, tea roses, scabiosa, dahlias, and small sunflowers, with lots of olive and eucalyptus greenery. The maid of honor’s bouquet was a smaller version of the bride’s bouquet, using the same florals. The flower girls had small princess crowns made with eucalyptus greenery and a touch of dark red scabiosa. The groom’s boutonniere was a burgundy red tea rose, with a small scabbiosa pod and a hint of ruscus. At the ceremony, we placed the reception centerpieces on barrels at the front of the altar to brighten up the ceremony. The reception centerpieces were low lush arrangements that sat in a clear glass cylinder vase. These were arranged using sunflowers, burgundy roses and dahlias, and lots of greenery. Lastly, we topped the cake with sunflowers and burgundy florals. A beautiful and cohesive wedding, we are so proud to have been a part of this magical affair!

Bohemian Beauty at The Purple Orchid

The Purple Orchid Resort & Spa in Livermore, California is an amazing venue because it has everything you need in one place - a picture-perfect setting with a bed and breakfast! Our bride’s bouquet was a boho style pairing of soft romantic latte roses, peach garden roses, pops of blue thistle, and burgundy dahlias. The bridesmaid bouquets were smaller, simpler versions of the bride's, using the same pairing of flowers. The groom’s boutonniere was a bronze mini cymbidium orchid with an accent of agonis. The centerpieces at the reception were textured arrangements that sat in a luxurious champagne cylinder. These were arranged using the same florals used in the bouquets. At the head table, we laid a 24 foot olive garland that ran down the entire table. We placed the bridal party bouquets into vases and repurposed them to decorate the head table. Lastly, we finished off the wedding by placing fresh bridal blooms onto the wedding cake.

Blush Pink Fantasy at Ruby Hill

Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, California is the perfect venue if you’re looking for elegant enchantment. On top of the welcome sign we placed a gorgeous eucalyptus garland and tucked in soft blush pink roses. Our bride’s bouquet was a controlled arrangement of pink oharas, pink majolicas, pink astibe, with hints of ferns and ruscus. The bridesmaid bouquets were smaller versions of the brides, using the same bridal blooms. For the grooms boutonniere, we paired a white tea rose with astilbe and accents of ruscus. The rounded altar at the ceremony was covered in white and pink bridal flowers, arranged in a way that nothing was too far out but also not arranged too tightly together. At the reception, we tucked a small rosemary garnishment into each napkin. Some centerpieces at the reception were large textured arrangements using the same bridal flowers as the other arrangements. These centerpieces had more greenery tucked in than the other arrangements. The other centerpieces were medium sized low lush arrangements, that matched the tall centerpieces almost identically. The low lush arrangements had a bit more greenery tucked in than the tall arrangements. The sweetheart table had a breathtaking long and low arrangement that really brightened up the room. Lastly, we topped the cake with fresh soft bridal blooms.
