1. A deposit of $200 will reserve my date without a consultation appointment (deposit is non-refundable for solely holding a date). If I have had a consultation appointment and I want to reserve my date then 50% of my estimated subtotal is required to reserve my date. I understand that, The Flower House agrees to provide wedding floral services specified on a separate order form for the above date.
    
2. I, the customer, agree to attend an appointment or specify my order no later than 30 days prior to my wedding date. If I just reserved my date with a $200 deposit then 50% of my order will be due at the time of this appointment.
    
3. I understand that payment in full will be due 15 days before my wedding, I understand that any part of my order may be changed prior to 15 days before my wedding.
    
4. In the event I cancel my wedding no less than 15 days prior to my wedding date:
   a. All monies received by The Flower House will be kept in a credit account for a period of 15 months following the date of cancellation. After 15 months all monies held in said credit account are forfeited.
        i. All monies held in a credit account may also be transferred and applied to a
       future wedding or event date during the said 15 month credit account period.
    
5. In the event I cancel my wedding 14 days or less prior to my wedding date:
   a. All monies paid to The Flower House are forfeited.
    
6. The Flower House reserves the right to terminate this contract upon mutual agreement of both parties.
